What I learned most from the experience in the comedy workshop was how profoundly impactful comedy is in sharing one's story and personality with everyone in the room. As a teacher and business executive, my leadership style was deeply enhanced, especially when it came to sharing expectations in the classroom and in meetings. The workshop structure was easy to understand and I can't say this enough, YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE IT!

Caroline's workshop stands out in my experience for its uniqueness. Rather than assuming humor will just come to you when you're speaking, as I have, her workshop challenges participants to actively and enthusiastically build humor into their work. It also provides a safe space to make mistakes and learn from others. I left with a plan for jokes to write and with a renewed sense of confidence.
